Remove the 3rd brake light, pass the harness through the bracket opening on the passenger side, place the bracket against the vehicle body, and reinstall the brake light using the factory mounting location. As the bracket is tightened down, the foam gasket compresses against the body and forms around the wire. This gives you a clean mounting platform for your warning light without drilling new holes into the truck.
